We manage a large portfolio and regularly instruct G&K. We always find them to be reliable, consistent, competitively priced and super helpful. In particular, we always appreciate Kyle’s honesty whenever he advises on what’s needed e.g. he wil say fi a boiler has a reasonable remaining lifespan rather than just assuming replacement. Conversely, fi a boiler needs replacing, we trust his judgment. The office support team are efficient and friendly which makes organising instructions and access very smooth- running for both ourselves and tenants. G&K are our go-to plumbers!
