Below are just some of the amazing charities we have
supported recently.

From every invoice we send, we donate £1 to charity
as well as sponsoring regular fundraising events.

OUR CHARITY EFFORTS

G&K Heating want to go that extra mile to support the local community and charities in Brighton. That is why we have pledged to donate £1 for every invoice paid to our charity of the month, EVERY MONTH.

We love being able to help small organisations in and around the Brighton area. We don’t just help our customer’s with plumbing and heating, we help the community too!

How we help each month:

  • We create a fundraising page on Just Giving, Total Fundraising or any other donation platforms that charities are connected to.
  • Create an email signature which goes to all our customers that we are in correspondence with about an ongoing job for awareness.
  • Set up a meeting with staff at that chosen charity to discuss an action plan for fundraising and promotion that month.
  • Promote our fundraising efforts throughout the month on our social media platforms for awareness and donations.
  • Take part in events, volunteering and challenges for our chosen charities.
  • Donate £1 for every invoice paid towards our charity of the month.

We will continue to support local charities and the community of Brighton in future.

General Manager, Shelly challenged herself to abseil down St Mary Magdalen Church in Oxford for Cruse Bereavement Support
Kyle the Director and Charlie the Digital Marketing Apprentice completed the virtual run of Mount Kilimanjaro in just ONE week for St Peter & St James Hospice
G&K donated school uniforms and equipment to local schools in Brighton for Pelican Parcels
G&K hosted a charity pub quiz which included a raffle with many great products for Martlets Hospice
G&K volunteered at Rangers Lodge Wildlife Hospital for the day
Charlie our Digital Marketing Apprentice volunteered at the Brighton Christmas Festival selling various Christmas products and fundraising for Macmillan.
