On Wednesday 21st of October G&K Heating secured their 100th Google review. The customer had a boiler replacement and new central heating system fixed at their home. It was a great day for the company reaching this milestone and tells us a lot about how far we’ve come.
We’re able to boast that we are Brighton’s most Google reviewed heating company. Customer service means so much to us that’s why it’s important we get your reviews so we’re aware of where to improve so we can ensure we provide the best experience to all of our customers.
We received our first Google review in 2016. For a small heating company in Brighton aspiring to grow into something much bigger, some things do take time. Our journey towards getting our 100th Google review has been a long process but we always pride ourselves on customer service. As the years have gone by, we’ve noticed that the reviews have been coming in faster than they initially did. This shows how far we’ve come whilst putting in procedures to ensure we fulfil our customer needs and acknowledging that leaving our customers happy at the end of each job is the most important thing.
To celebrate getting our 100th Google review we wanted to share our success with our customers. In the months of November and December we will be doing a 20% discount to all our valued customers via email.
